| Job Description |
Testhouse is seeking the services of an experienced field sales executive who has experience of selling software associated with the software development lifecycle, preferably testing tools. The job will involve working closely with key partners to resell their software through face to face meetings. The person will also be expected to generate their own leads through cold calling, attending conferences and forming strategic relationships.
The position will involve:
Selling, marketing and promoting software tools to customers of varying sizes, across different vertical markets throughout the UK.
Meeting with partners and customers (being out of the office the majority of the time)
Solution selling, pitching to C-level (eg CIO)
Gaining an understand the full range of end-to-end solutions provided by Testhouse and their partners
Working to challenging targets both individually and as a team
Business planning and reporting
Proactive telephone work to generate client meetings
Account Management once business has been gained

| Qualifications |
The successful candidate will:
Be a motivated sales-person
Have solution-sales experience and a consultative approach
Have at least 3 years software sales experience
Have direct sales experience
Have Account Management skills and experience
Be happy to be primarily field-based, with a full driving licence
Have an understanding of Enterprise software and the software testing lifecycle
Have a proven record with regard to revenue targets
