| Job Description | Testhouse is seeking the services of a telesales executive who has the ability to work directly on the telephone - speaking with clients from various commercial and public sector businesses, making appointments for senior members of staff to sell software testing consultancy and services.
The role will primarily involve: Making telephone appointments for senior member of staff Dealing with incoming leads Market research and prospect qualification Keeping accurate records using Salesforce Data Entry Attending trade events Working on Marketing Campaigns and material General office duties |
| Qualifications | Previous experience of telesales within the IT industry or an IT background would be beneficial but is not essential. However, applicants must have good telephone skills, be able to make quick decisions, work on their own and also in a team of like minded professionals. They must also have the ability to be calm under pressure have a sense of humour and be able to smile in the face of adversity.
They should also possess good keyboard skills, must be computer literate, motivated and self confident.
